Not sure whether I'll be there this year yet - depends very much on my general mood nearer the time and whether I can be bothered with getting caught in the inevitable rugby scrum!

I'm there next year with a layout anyway, so may just give this one a miss.

Hmm, it's tempting. I always vow to never go again but normally do! Might go on the Sunday. Probably drive to Coventry and get the train from there.

I wasn't going to go, as I'm up in Glasgow until the Friday night, but was given the option of either doing 2 more days work in Gateshead and Liverpool, or taking the weekend as my days off and have the company pay for me to travel back to the parents home the Friday and then onwards to London the Sunday night...

Difficult choice....... Although I do have to drive a ridiculously large van up to Glasgow the Wednesday before \:D/

I doubt i will be going this year. Near £43 for the train and the Colchester-Clacton line is closed AGAIN for works on the Sunday, and im a bit bored with taking the bus as i have done for the last 4 times i've travelled. I would be helping out at the UKTrainsim stand but theres usually more than sufficient people helping at the Warley shows.

Cant make it this year! :smt009
Still, probably best as I always vow to keep buying to the minimum but still end up coming back with bags full of kits to build, models to run and books to read!!!

I'll be there on the Saturday. Hoping to get some n-gauge bargains again from the Bachmann returns stand.

Your better off spending time at other shops, than waiting to get through the 10 deep ques at bachmann for not much of a bargain to be honest.

That bachmann returns stand is pretty good, if you go at the right time, or be patient... Had a few decent bargains off there. And there isnt actually anything wrong with them, a tatty box here and there, or a set of steps missing...
