    Just had the following email, as all subscribers presumably have received. Just wondered what the story might be.

    WCRC ORR deadline for consultations is tomorrow. Hope it's not a bad news story...

    "Issue 456
    Dear Reader,
    To allow Railway Herald to bring all of our readers the very latest news from the industry, we have taken the unusual decision to delay publication of this week's magazine until tomorrow. The reason for this will become apparent when the magazine is published.

    Our apologies for any inconvenience caused, but we believe that as a result, our valued readership will be better informed on a story, for which many rumours are currently circulating.

    We anticipate that Issue 456 will be released mid-morning on Thursday 21st May.
