    Hello All,

    Should be a great "Mini" Gala that West Somerset Railway have announced for this Saturday & Sunday to go along with the "The Steam Fayre & Vintage Rally" closeby at Norton Fitzwarren. With 6024 KING EDWARD I doing one full working on Saturday and two on Sunday, I shall certainly be making a visit there. =D> \:D/ =D>
    Also their newest platform at Norton Fitzwarren shall be in use. Further details on these links: http://www.west-somerset-railway.co.uk/ ... s.html#ln2 & http://www.wsra.org.uk/rally.htm

    Best regards SteamHawk216.

    Courtesy of the DEPG website, the diesel diagrams will be thus;

    I believe that the DMU also has a diagram, shuttling between BL and Norton Fitzarren's new platform all day.

    Can anyone confirm what the locomotives are planned to be, on the steam diagrams please? Might be tempted for a visit...

    All details on are available on the link; http://www.west-somerset-railway.co.uk/ ... s.html#ln2 as quoted in my original thread.

    Timetable for both days is as if it's a "yellow" days running with a larger assortment of locomotives, if that is the right wording. Most steam locomotives on Sunday, looks like my favourite day to visit, also I wish to photograph "The Devon & Cornwall Explorer" at Plymouth Station on Saturday. I'm even willing to scrafice watching the ARSENAL beating Rangers FC live, in the Emirates Cup on Sunday. \:D/ =D> \:D/

    Should be a great weekend. Best regards SteamHawk216.

    A few of my photographs of 6024 KING EDWARD I working at the "Mini"-Gala yesterday on the West Somerset Railway, are now available for viewing on my fotopic site. I was lucky enough to be allowed onto her footplate for some cab photos \:D/ . Enjoy. Link; http://preservedrailwaylocomotivephotos ... topic.net/
