Was reading Railway Magazine's WWI articles recently when it mentions the engines ordered for use by the WDLR. As well as the Badwins and the Hunslets, it also says that two designs of 0-6-0WT from Barclay and Hudson were built as well. The was a image of a Hudson 0-6-0WT, and since I wanted to know what the Barclay 0-6-0WT looked like I been looking for a picture. A month on I can't find anything on the internet or any of my books!!! Anyone know where to look? Just a silly request really but I have wound myself up something rotten about it!!!!

Something similar to the Hudson engines I assuming?

basically, imagine the penrhyn quarry 0-4-0WT Barclays, but 6 wheeled! There were detail differances though....

Might be worth having a look in 'Narrow Gauge at War' vols 1&2 by Plateway Press. I have a copy of vol1 but I'm on holiday so can't check - sorry. Ray.
