I believe they’ve done that to most of the rock faces on Beasdale, including the Tunnel.

The clash of a hundred shutters would have not done his soundtrack any good at all.:(. Up on a quiet hillside only to have a machine gunner join you.

Anyone one who does video and joins a photo charter should know what they are in for. A directional mic helps

The K1, renumbered as Fort William's 62012 leaving Mallaig with the Sound of Sleat and Skye in the background, October 2004. I joked with someone standing next to me that all we needed was one of the big red Fergusson trucks to appear on the road and dead on cue.....

The same day as the last shot, the K1 running alongside Loch Dubh. Above the train is Loch Nan Umnah

More recently you have to avoid all the Lochs and Glens coaches that seem to pace the trains!

The normal Jacobite trains are tender first so there is no shot here but I have noticed the coaches do like to run alongside it as far as Morar.

That's usually because some if not all of their passengers are on the train and they have to collect them at the far end.

The return of 76001 to Fort William, 23rd May 2004 (though 76079 seems to have lost the disguise on the cabside ). The original was a Fort William engin for a short spell in 1660-2.
