Hello JB, Thank you for correcting me #-o , I'm going to blame it on the fact it was late and I was tired when I was editing and keen to share the events of the day. I got to admit I climbed into the cab of Oliver Cromwell aswell ](*,) .

Anyway corrected now on my web site, and I'm glad you enjoyed the photos. Best regards SteamHawk216.

Here my shots of The Great Britain 2.

First one is near Wearde Quay,Saltash.I had to work until 12 so it was then a mad dash from Sherborne to get as far west as we could. As time went on we were cutting it fine so ended up here instead of Doublebois which was no 1 choice. After waiting for half an hour or so we got a call from Alberta saying it was 70 odd late from Penzance!!!We decided to stay put although the locos were coasting at this point

As the train was so late and had already took water at Par, so we were told, the stop at Plymouth was supposed to have been only 35 mins but in the end it was still 90 down.I have lots of video taken from the Bridge at Hemerdon so when I saw how much they had cut the trackside vegitation down I decided to try this shot.

With the train running so late perhaps we should have tried to get a shot closer to Exeter and use what little light there was left but we went to Burlescombe, where again, they have cut back the undergrowth dramatically although you cant see to much in the dark!!!

Apologies for this being a bit after the event, but have been away over Easter,
only just got around to uploading the rest of the video.

3 clips of Great Britian 2 on the Royal Albert Bridge - Saltash:

34067 heading downwards on Monday evening.

This last one is not particulary good quality due to:
a: it was dark (have cranked up the brightness as far as I can get it)!
b: only just got there in time, so didn't have time to set up the tripod.
It's taken from the same location as the other two,
(only obviously with the loco travelling in the oppposite direction)
which may help those of you unfamiliar with the location

The driver of 'Ollie' put on a nice show over the bridge - giving some regulator, without going over the speed limit!
