    Ah, that was you in the old byre, Stuart! I was a little further up the path to your right. Disappointing about the cloud, wasn't it? "Should have gone to Selside" as a friend of mine might have said. Same filthy black smoke on the return as yesterday. I guessed I needed to be much further north for any chance of sun in the evening, and got lucky at Langwathby. I recommend The Mill at Little Salkeld, by the way, for afternoon tea.

    Any news of todays train?

    RTT shows it left Hellifield early and then got even earlier for a while, 15 up at one point.

    Could have been the Jub running very well. Do hope so.
