    Just like the country, main line steam locos in Switzerlan can be small and compact, including 0-4-0s and 0-6-0s. So a 2-6-0T might already sound on the upper end of the scale! :)

    Here is some footage of handsome Nr. 51 from Dampfbahn Bern in service in mid October in the rural Emmental region (famous for the cheese with the holes in it) on the branch line from Sumiswald to Wasen, which has been without regular passenger traffic since 1994.

    In Wasen, because of the track layout at the station, quite a complex shunting maneuver is necessary, with lots of pushing and propelling. That is also recorded in this short clip:
