Timings for the Greenford Loop and Colnbrook trains are on Real Time Trains.

Odd choice, but a 20 on a full set of sleepers and seated stock would be interesting, unless there planning to split the set.

RTT doesn't show LE into Paddington for the loco yet ?)

RTT shows the sleeper arriving into platform 1 at 05.13...

    http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/C40087/2014/10/17/advanced

..an ECS from P1 to OOC as 08.02...

    http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/C46819/2014/10/18/advanced

...and the first Greenford shuttle departing from P1 at 09.05..

    http://www.realtimetrains.co.uk/train/U55299/2014/10/18/advanced

No other movements to or from P1 in the meantime. LE movements aren't always shown on RTT, so I suspect that the sleeper coaches are taken to OOC and the 20 then drops onto the seating coaches which remain in P1.

Anyone else bought tickets for the rail motor on the Saturday?

Yes, 12 noon. (Seems the most popular one so far).

Didcots site is suggesting the 12pm is less than 10 seats remaining, and most of sat am's services are nearly full.

FGW tickets for colnbrook and sleeper service still not on sale...

Getting a bit close to the date to be trying to sell them.
Noticed Didcots still got quite a few seats left..

Time for a bit of a promo bump me thinks...

I even tried the regular ticket link..

typed in West Drayton to Colnbrook..

you can guess the result :)

As it's within the travel card zone.. maybe it's a turn up and go ?, if not well... could be an embarrassing turn out if the unit shows up, the sleeper runs round, but they run as ecs's

Shame it is missing various electrical gubbins for main line working. Sure the owners will be pleased to see they've sold it to MO aswell....

There are some locations, the first here is from Three Bridges (Windmill Bridge, windmill Road, Southall) looking towards Southall station, the second and third are Trumper's field, along Trumper's Way, Hanwell, cross the canal, and then right through the style gate and into the field. It is used by dog walkers mostly.
At the far end of that field is a wooden foot crossing over the railway (Trumpers Crossing), originally to the Warren Farm owned by Trumper (now the school playing field), now it just leads to a path following the line back to Trumpers Way and the Osterly Park footpath.

Yes it is walkable. From Hanwell Station see map (if link works)Make way to Uxbridge Road/Hanwell Broadway down the Boston Road (A3002) until you reach Trumpers Way (by the tile shop), then right into Trumpers Way, all the way down Trumpers Way over canal and you will come to a wooden style gate just before the railway, turn right into this (you'll be walking by the north/east railway fence) until your in the field.
You might if using public transport, use the Tube station at the bottom of the map, Boston Manor tube is on the Boston Road, left out of the station an Trumpers way in 3 quarters of a mile along the road (or 3 bus stops, board at stop outside tube station any bus route, alight at the Elthorne Park Road stop, and Trumpers Way is the third turning on the left).
