Return of the Photo/Video Challenge ?

There is the original rules to the photo challenge or there was in a sticky on here and with the fotopic site there was one password and log on that was shared, however with flikr I believe you need an account in order to comment

 

To be fair, it only takes 2 minutes to set up a Flickr account - if someone's gone to the trouble of going out to a location, waiting for a train, then getting home, copying the photo(s) on to their computer, quite possibly tweaking it in photoshop etc... Is a one off 2 minute job really such a deterrent? Certainly, once they've done it the first time, it's no harder than uploading to the old fotopic site. In fact, if anyone does struggle to open a flickr account, I'm more than willing to set one up for them!
