I watched your film last night and thought it very enjoyable, especially as so few services were running. This morning I watched your 2019 edition. Again an excellent film. I really appreciate how you film the whole railway scene as well as flowers, trees, animals etc. IMHO this makes the film much more entertaining rather than watching just one train after another. Well done young man.

Much appreciated, Bill, thank you! :) I always think it's nice to include some on location detail. Not only does it provide a bit of added interest, but it's also something to look at if the soundtrack extends beyond the point where the train appears ;)

Wonderful stuff Austin, the shear thrashing they gave them back then! I assume you shot this on tape, did you digitalise them yourself, or who did them?
I have a load of Hi8 tapes and no camera (busted) to run them on, really need to see if I can get them digitalised.
    Thanks for sharing, Harold.

Here's a little something that I hope people will enjoy; featuring 27 locomotives recorded by myself between 2018 & 2020.

Not my video but I had the pleasure of attending this excellent event. I even star briefly in a couple of sequences. :)

This video shows GWR 3440 City of Truro on three tours in the South West in 2004.

The second is an SRA VIP Special which ran from Plymouth to Truro and return, captured at Devonport.
The third is a one way trip from Plymouth to Bristol on 3rd December, captured at Hemerdon.
