Another one from 2014; it's 44932 again, this time passing Fleet with the up 'Cathedrals Express':
Fairburn’s 42073 & 42085 on the Lakeside line .
Here's something a little more recent. The Mid Hants went ahead with their Autumn Steam Gala last weekend with a "Pines Express" theme featuring Bahamas.
Also included is the 7F, which is now on long term hire at the Mid Hants, along with the S15, 2MT and 4MT
I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this, but there was a steam programme on CCXTV (Freeview Channel 23) at 11.00 am this morning (Friday), entitled "Steam through the ages", and a similar one at the same time next week. It was a compilation of preservation videos, with a commentary. A bit low budget, but reasonably entertaining.
As there aren't any steam specials on my local line at the moment, I've been looking back at my videos from happier times. This one from last December is of DUCHESS OF SUTHERLAND on its way back to London:
Footage from the Severn Valley and test runs of Braunton and Royal Scot from Wednesday and Thursday this week.

Can't believe this is now 5 years old! Still really proud of it! I think I've improved vastly since this, and yet my "future thinking" and the direction I want to take the SVR, (and the heritage railway world) is still very present in all my creations since this. Be unique, be professional, beyond imagination. Lets plan that next year will be full of more wonderful creations. Thanks again for the support over these years!
I popped down to the Romney Hythe and Dymchurch Railway on Saturday to see their End of Season Parade. I needed to see some more steam before lockdown! It was great to see the double and triple header combinations!:
45596 Bahamas heads home to the KWVR from the MHR today:
My latest footage, enjoy
Living in the south west I have been desparate for something close to home to video so when 37099 was due to work a test train from Exeter to Salisbury through Sherborne on the 3rd of November I had to do it... even though it went through at 00.26
All-out steam at Shap Summit in recent years:
