Not necessarily, not every operator will have finalised their lineup for the final months of 2014 yet, hence why I say keep checking the page regularly as the information on there is changing all the time.

thats true, well there is a railtour from ipswich to canterbury on the 28th june, but it was cancelled last year, and im guessing that if it does run, the loco won't be getting on the train till the london area???

Read the details from Steam Dreams about this trip. You will get your answer there.

Well - it might not be a railtour, but I count today's light engine move as 3 for the price of one! Just hope you've been keeping up to date and have been at Ely to witness it! Thanks to all who have recorded this remarkable event, not sure I can think of many triple headed steam trips on the main line?

Not quite a triple-header as there was a diesel on the front, but 34028, 34070 and 30053 with a 'Queen Mary' was an unusual mix to Eastleigh back in 2009.

This is the best railtour I have seen all year, there are no ugly pax or gricers hanging out the windows to spoil the view. Really really sorry I have to miss this one. Well Jell as they say east of Liverpool Street.
