And there you have it - people did for the first part of the above and didn't for the second part. Ergo - lineside ban.

Where does it say on the MHR Shed Page about Nelson if and when she turns up? Sorry can't see it Green Five...

Also I think 60019 will certainly be getting as much use this year...

It says about Nelson right next to where you click for the loco roster.

It seems a good place to post this photo from Saturday 10th 2009. Someone said today at Ropley that it went down to -8 last night and down to -11 at Medstead and Four Marks last night. I can’t remember seeing a brazier at Ropley before. It just shows how cold it’s been over the past week. All we need now is some snow.

The cold put me off coming down today. I was going to come down to get some pictures of #60019 but when I went out to feed the birds this morning it was bloody freezing and it started snowing too. As the sun didn't come out this afternoon I decided it was much better to stay in. Also not sure how my Sony Digital SLR camera will perform in these kind of conditons. Were there many brave souls who ventured out to the MHR today?

The view over Chawton Woods today looked like it had snowed, incredible frost.

    Wonderful picture Matt =D>
Damn it! I knew the sun would come out a little down that way. ](*,) Oh well. Looking at the pictures on your site it looks like 60019 was in a bit of a state. I guess it was too cold to spruce her up a bit. I like the SVR pictures too, particularly of 7812.

It's supposed to get to 8 degrees tomorrow - Somehow I don't think so - If anyone has ventured out this evening it looks likes the snow could be certainly coming in!
Nice pic Matt! As always - Keep up the good work! I've been working all of today as I will be tomorrow and the ice on the car is a nightmare!
Still, at least this year could be bright for me getting down the MHR more helping in the shed and possibly more!!!! \:D/

There are now some stunning pictures on the MHR site including Matt's. The J. H. Bird picture is superb.
