    Matt Allen's photos

Primarily set up to advertise my "Steam Railway 2006 Calendar", it also has details of Photographic Exhibitions I'm currently holding.

Going forward I intend to include a gallery of my latest pics. It seems points in going out photographing every weekend if I don't get to share the end results!

Any feedback on the site appreciated.

    'ang on a mo

Yes, I did wait, but after a minute - still only the little "x" in the corner, and that is with a broadband connection.

    Something isn't quite right??

Thanks for the feedback on the site, a couple of people have said they had problems, but I've never really been able to find out why.

What browser are you using Sharpo?

Taw Valley, a link would be fantastic.

    Excellent, thanks very much.

I'm going to add a links page to my site shortly, of course this site will be at the top!

I've made some changes, so under the "see the pictures" page, there is another link where all the pics will appear on one page, fingers crossed it works!

    PhotoMatt,

I use bog standard IE6 with XP home, pleased to say the "alternate" way to view the pages worked. Nice pics by the way.

Thanks for the feedback and your kind comments.

I might remove the rotating pictures completely and stick with the "alternate", it seems more reliable.

The calendars are £7.95 plus P&P, but for people on the Forum I can do them for £7.50 inc P&P.

I did try rotating photos on my site some months ago, but it wasn't very successful. I found a way in the end, using ACDSee, which is the software I use to catalogue my photos, and it uses Macromedia Flash Player. Can't tell you much about it, other than it works
