I though 70000 was at Southall. Her last trip was the Cathedrals Explorer day 1 from Staines - Victoria, and she then returned to Southall according to UK Steam Info.

I think I saw some pictures the other day from Crewe showing 60163, 4464 and I think 70000. Whether 70000's were taken at a different point I'm not sure.

yep, just saw it arrive back from Hellifield at Carnforth as I got of the bus at 14.40, apparently times were posted on gen site at 10.30am, I got told at 2pm, made a mad dash for the bus, wish I could check gen sites more often, WCRC are well known for keeping test runs etc a bit quiet.

I just passed Southall, where Oliver Cromwell, Britannia and Bittern are all sitting outside gleaming in the sunshine. Very nice, bit like the old days!

I am advised that 61994 has failed and will be towed from Fort William to Crewe on Thursday 14 June.
45407 heads from the NYMR to Fort William on Wednesday 13 June to replace it on the Jacobite.

Those timings don't make any sense if it's going to sit in Moor St for the duration, London Midland would have a heart attack if you dared to stop in the through platforms and you can't access Snow Hill from the Terminus side.

Hmm.......the through platforms are bidirectional though? Agree I can't see it standing in a through platform for that length of time. We shall see soon enough.

surely it can sit in the terminous platforms and reverse out as required to gain Snow Hill and run round . Moor ST also has a suitable entertaining space
