There is also a good chance that as with a lot of le moves, it can run quite early.

34046 left Southall Loco Services according to OTT @ 0959. Possibly now going unassisted, seeing as the diesel did not run from Acton to collect it?

There is now a new path in the system for 5Z58 Southall-Crewe H.S. leaving Southall at 10:55. Braunton is evidently running 48 early on this path, calling at Acton Main Line.

It's a GUV similar to the one used as a water carrier by VT at Tyseley.
Sometimes used I believe to convey a car :).

To update the above 94225 was one of a number of conversions to a High Security Mail van

I take it 34046 is no longer masquerading as Lord Dowling then?

And there you are no nameplates, with this year being the centenary of the RAF I did wonder if the loco might not remain as 34052 :-

I believe it was Mail Van No. 86849 originally which was then changed to 93849 at some stage before it's conversion to high security.
If correct, then 93849 appeared as a Lima model it seems: http://www.hattons.co.uk/267717/Lim...ffice_Red_Pre_owned_Like_new/StockDetail.aspx

    Off to York 1b.jpg

Working away from Carnforth, LMS 8F Class 2-8-0 No. 48151 puts on a fine display at the start of its ECS move to York Mick Kelly driving and Martyn Soames
    on the shovel.

Having been suitably chastised, description now changed!!
