    Springtime seems to have come to Staffordshire briefly !
    This one seems too to have escaped the radar of the RTT watchers - Tornado en route from Bescot to Castleton today to spend Easter at the ELR.

    It was mentioned in The Jacobite 2018 thread that a 37 would lead as far as the outskirts of Glasgow, then swap to the rear. Some bridges on the West Highland won't take three locos together, IIRC

    Really? I remember that a bridge on the Oban line couldn't, but thought there had been double-headers on the WH mainline (if one can call it that!) before
