    It was mentioned in The Jacobite 2018 thread that a 37 would lead as far as the outskirts of Glasgow, then swap to the rear. Some bridges on the West Highland won't take three locos together, IIRC

    Really? I remember that a bridge on the Oban line couldn't, but thought there had been double-headers on the WH mainline (if one can call it that!) before

    Looking at RTT it will not be coming into the station, but may be visible from the south end of P6/11 or 12.

    That was certainly what happened on Feb 15th when 46100 moved to Crewe.
