Is it hauling WCRC stock? Presumably in air-brake mode too as it had a 57 on the rear! That might explain the ECS move too...:)

Thanks to today's awful weather it was pretty dark! In fact I saw 6201's departure from Stratford from inside Morrisons, sheltering from the downpour. Unsurprisingly there was a lot of slipping, not sure if the 47 was required to get her going. Caught up with her at Widney Manor, wish I had done a video as it was a breathtaking sight.

A big thanks to Sidmouth for the late info. I made it with 10 minutes to spare. Got soaked, but well worth it !

A couple of images taken at Wilmcote of both Light and Loaded test runs.. Nice to bump into some familiar faces in the evening even though it was wet and stormy.

Is anyone aware of a problem preventing Royal Scot making its light engine move to MNR please ?? Hoping to see it pass through the Fens in the near future .

The answer to my question is that it is awaiting a part for its damaged grate . Perhaps damaged while burning the poor coal on its trip to York earlier this week !!

Looks like today might just be following your example, except it is unlikely to be early. Cancelled or late or very late

Lizzie makes for a dramatic sight as she powers through the rain, as she passes Solihull on a loaded test run ! Enjoy =)

Just heard another stanier hooter in the distance if that's any help!

Even when things go to plan, timings between Tyseley Steam Trust and Small Heath South Junction (IE the loco works to the proper mainline) seem rather generous, it's usually possible to leave 15 late and present to your mainline slot bang on time, also depends on how the busy Snow Hill lines are behaving if your path to cross over is actually there, considering Lye station by Stourbridge resembled a canal yesterday, I woulden't ne surprised if things were less than normal.

Just seen a comment on Facebook in last hour of someone commenting on a mates photo that lizzie has failed at Derby???

Not knowing wether this is official from one of the crew or nonsense...i thought best be known that it could be a possibility sadly..

Nothing on PRCLT website or lizzie facebook page so fingers crossed and all that.
