    I wonder if a washout is the right description? The line is on a thin embankment here, and there is no lateral support for the sleepers. Many sleeper ends have no support underneath :eek:.

    Sadly one of the passengers involved in the accident passed away a day or two ago, having spent most of the last 6 months in Argentine and UK hospitals.
