New G&C combination injectors have been made in Holland:
    http://fab.spoors.nl/2008/09/fabbing-op-ware-grootte/

    The text reads:
    "Fabbing in full size
On Saturday, May 31, 2008, Protometals delivered a brand new Gresham & Craven injector to the Stoomtram Hoorn-Medemblik. The casting, the first in a series of 6 pieces, was handed over to the responsible team of the museum.
Protometals has been able to create the bronze castings in a unique collaboration with TNO and the museum. Here, use is made of modern techniques, such as 3D printing and casting simulation. The long search of the steam tram Hoorn-Medemblik, to an exact replica of the original injector, has come to an end.
The injector was hung in the NS 7742 'Bello' immediately after receiving it at his future workplace. Perhaps a bit premature, as first the necessary mechanical operations have to be carried out on the bronze casting before we can speak of an operational injector."

The small ones in the upper picture (probably #5) are now in service:

A beautiful restoration job, rebuilding a German industrial loco to the next in series NS steam tram loco.
