The Greasetop makes up about 90% of what we sell.

Slight difference in price though Admin. I'm sure there's room in the marketplace for both of you.

We couldn't put Fletchers or Mike MC peake eyes back in for weeks afterwards. Would make a hell of staff training aid, concentration under distractions!

Don't know her, but I had Diane Louise Jordan on my footplate a few years ago. I've still got the Blue Peter badge she gave me, and I didn't wash the cheek she kissed for hours!

You dont want a cloth hat you want a greaseproof top. Try Ebay or the Nat Pres shop.

I'm trying to be as close to railway and as least crude as possible.. Let's try:

"She can haul my load if you know what I mean!".. "I'd shovel my coal in that firebox"

Oh they're both bad.. I GIVE UP!.. But I wouldn't mind a ride out with that on the footplate.

Agree with that! I had a 'pfoor' moment when I saw the pic! But back to overalls for a bit! A few years ago I was lucky enough to be given a couple of unused overall jackets. Now i know they wont last forever , I also use them for my traction engine escapades!, but is there any alternative to getting Beaslys jackets & b&b? Incidently ,I always were a berry when on the footplate, have done for years.
What would you do if Girls Aloud invaded your footplate!!

  18. Burn cheryl coal and that nicola then take the remaining lot to the pub

If they were on my footplate there would not be enough steam pressure to move the engine! :-$
