Purbeck Mineral and Mining Museum (at Norden Station on the Swanage Railway) will be offering the opportunity to drive the quarry Hunslet Cloister, on loan from Hampshire Narrow Gauge Trust, over the bank holiday weekend (barring unforeseen circumstances or poor weather). Minimum donation £5, entry to the museum is by donation and is well worth a visit in its own right.

Had great fun pottering up the line a couple of times yesterday. A great use of limited space and highlight of my day trip to Dorset.
