Charity Railtours update - 10th August

    TOUR UPDATE:
    Dennis Barnes of Charity Railtours has confirmed to Railway Herald that the charter on 10th August will after all, be able to visit the Griffin Wharf branch at Ipswich. This will now take place on the morning outward run, following the pick-up at Colchester. After running round in the Wharf complex the train will return to the Up Passenger Loop at Colchester where the DBS Class 60 will now be added. Arrangements with the Mid-Norfolk Railway will inevitably have to be changed as the tour must meet it's allocated path on the Felixstowe branch. The DBS Class 60 will now leave the train at Ipswich, upon returning from Felixstowe
