    Yes I am an active volunteer
    Photographed at Probstzella (former GDR, but only a mile from West German border) in August 1993. It had hooks on the underside of the frame - presumably for chaining down on a ferry. Certainly by it low height and looking narrower than normal, could it be to the UK load gauge?
