Not easy to magic a spare STGO rated Heavy Haul tractor at a moments notice. There may also have been damage to the trailer, so although undesirable, cross loading the locomotive may have been required.

Does any kind soul know if 80072 has been recovered and continued its journey? Any informed indication of damage to the loco?

    Thanks

Arrived home (Llangollen) on Wednesday. It has since been fully inspected and tested by the engineering department. From what I gather there was no damage thankfully. As for the lorry itself that's the complete opposite!!
