Mods hat off again, this is not a hate buseng campaign, it's members telling it like they see it.
If you wish to post what bothers you on this forum then you are yourself making it other peoples business, so it's then a bit rich to start complaining about members responding.
Make no comment, get no response, it's a fairly simple concept.

...Until you post your views about "what bothers you" on a public forum. Then they become part of a public debate, and if you express those views in a foolish or objectionable way then that becomes part of the debate, too. Think about what you post and how you post it. Think about how others might read what you post.

We're getting way off-topic here, so let's draw a line and get back to the crucial subject of steam engines...

I suspect the two new mods (if they come from the members on here) already have a view on this. I would shoot off to William Hill to lay my bet, but the odds are so so short.

    There's responding & responding.
There is no need to be rude or insulting, or playing the guilt trick (as previously mentioned).

Was only offering a bit of realism. It wasn't a guilt trick.

Your only business on here seems to be posting the same tedious moan every tine a diesel pushs a puffer.

You inflict the same tired piffle on a debating forum then expect some backchat.
Don't like it? Just shut yer trap then.

Totally out of order to use swear terms on here, even behind abbreviations. Don't talk to me like that anyway, who the hell do you think you are?
    Had enough of you yesterday.

You are the most rude ignorant pig I've encountered on line. All you can do is hide behind a keyboard & insult people. You would run a mile if you were face to face.
You have one serious attitude problem.

Really? Good lord my dear fellow, you need to explore the internet more, there are far worse out there. Go-on get out and about, live a little. Go on a Steam Rail tour, you deserve it.

I don't suppose that there's one member of this forum that would actually choose to see a diesel on the train, whether at the front, at the back or anywhere else. Even if it is a 'heritage' diesel like a 47 or a 33. So we're all singing from the same hymn sheet.

According to RTT, the train arrived at Victoria ten minutes early. Well, 10¼ minutes to be precise!

Did Oliver Cromwell get back to London? Did he remain there? Where is he now? Now if you want some thread drift, there is something to get worked up about!!!! (Talking about the person not the loco!)
