    Not if it had a sophisticated linkage to allow radial steering on each of the outer 4 axles :):)

    I wouldn't be so sure it's an 0-12-0 though. I think it's an experimental ultra-low-adhesion Gronk, a single-driver 0-2-10 - judging by the variation in the size of wheels!!!
