The AGM is for members only - so it would be inappropriate [in my view] to record it surreptitiously. Many organisation make a video feed available for members to view AGMs - this is something for the trustees to discuss for future meetings.

Probably plenty of one off costs however. Including legal costs for the purchase, (not sure about stamp duty), updating facilities, initial insurances, facilities inspections (electrical safety, asbestos management survey, etc. etc.). The devil...

An interesting situation, which could go either way, but I would suggest that it will depend on the issue at hand and just what has been brought up at the first meeting, it will take time, there will be some items that they agree on while there...
