Nothing elsewhere to suggest they aren’t going ahead, RTT do withhold times for railtours with FS to discourage trespassers.

The spare pannier boiler is in bridgnorth yard as it has been since it came off 7714. I don't think any work has been undertaken on it. On a separate note, 4150 hauled it's first passenger train in preservation today, double heading with 7714.
