It seems like the posters on the Mk1s have a no entry sign either side of some text. I must admit, it seems a strange formation.
I haven't been to the Spa Valley since 2011, but I am sure they locked the doors at Groombridge before proceeding onto Eridge.

Out of Platform 1 at Paddington, very nice.
There was one less carriage in the formation than usual - 7 Mk1 FOs compared to the 7 + 1 Mk2 on previous trips, but nice to see a full Saphos Mk1...

I took your 50 as in 50 passengers not 50 sharing 25 couples/twin rooms.
It is disappointing but not exactly a surprise, at least it is confirmed now. Seemingly will not be going to the WSR either.
£400 for a one night hotel?! They'd probably have a group discount too. £10k is not big money for a multinational hotel chain.
