According to Alex at V.T. the cathedrals express to Swansea on 5 July I've just spoken to at 4:45pm it's going to be 45596 at the front not been showponied as shireman speculated and 37240 on the rear T. and T. I quoted from V.T. themselves.

46115 hauling 7 maroon mk.1s today and an LMS coach at the southern end. Looks very good. Train very busy, all good news for the railway. GWR 14xx on the autotrain, sandwiched between two auto-trailers. <BJ>

It will be a condition of the contract. If you host FS you have to do a security review and decide where it is needed before you can host. Any public level crossings would be high up the risk register, especially the unmanned ones.
