Just a quick message for anyone interested in buying/collecting ex loco Diesel and Electric nameplates.
I’m running a sealed bid tender on a few nameplates from my private collection and they are available on at
    http://www.modern-railwayana.co.uk

All nameplates are in ex loco condition and more pictures can be viewed at http://www.modern-railwayana.co.uk
As this is a private sale of nameplates, if your bid is successful, the amount you bid is the amount you pay.

Interesting T&C. I take it the locos are not still attached?:) How does a bidder get to see the plates before bidding, or is the winning bid a first right of refusal once you get to see the plate?

Hi Huochemi. Its just for the sale of nameplates, no locos involved!
Previously, if required I have arranged viewings prior to bidding - additional pictures are available when requested.

    All,
We’ve now reached our final week of the sealed bid tender and thanks to everyone who’s bid so far.
As requested by a number of people, additional pictures are now available of the nameplates including photos of the back of the plates.
    http://www.modern-railwayana.co.uk
Those who are yet to bid have until 1800hrs on the 31st August 2015 to do so– successful bidders will be contacted within 48hrs of this time.
    Thanks
