    2 videos filmed on Sunday 8th. November, the final day of operation before winter closure for Blackpool's trams and the last day of the traditional street tramway in Fleetwood prior to upgrade to light rail.

    Part 1 filmed around Blackpool;

    Part 2 is very nice but I can see that there were a few photters with no consideration for others...

    Part 1 on Youtube comes up with this,
    "The URL contained a malformed video ID."
    Part 2 ok.
    How things have changed since I visited Blackpool between the late 60's & the early80's.
    When was the last time 2 (or more) Coronations were seen running together?
    Those yellow new/rebuilt single decks are pretty ugly.

    The end of your second video, was that filmed from the front of 623? I was about 3 seats further back on the other side of the tram. You can clearly see a rather large woman sitting down about 8.25 or so. She sat down in front of me and made the seat move back so far it nearly broke my right knee!

    Good video by the way.

    Thanks for your comments chaps, I have corrected the link for part 1 and it is now working o.k.

    In reply to Hunslets Finest, there were lots of examples of lack of consideration for others. While waiting for Box 40 a guy who had been standing alongside me, decided the view was better right in front of my camera, a discreet cough and 'excuse me my good man' did the trick though.

    5944, yes it was car 623 around about 4.20, hope your knee has recovered, those seats weren't made for present day obesity!!
