We mustn't moan about diesels on the back, even the "67" needed one!:)

Despite the delays, I and my friends thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Royal Scot looked smart, and sounded great with a very even beat. We were disappointed when the 47 was left on the back at Willesden but as far as we could tell it was completely dead both down and up. As it happened it was fortunate that it was taken along as time was saved by turning the whole train at Bristol to enable an on time departure for the return despite the late arrival due to the bridge strike in Bath. Therefore, as we remained a couple of coaches back from the loco in both directions it was possible to hear that the engine was worked harder on the way back. My sympathy to those in standard stuck at the back all day. The wretched helicopter's racket was only occasionally an intrusion. That's two good trips with Scots in a month.

My footage from Bradford-on-Avon and Chippenham. As well as a shot from Crofton, during her run to the WSR on the 20th.
