    And my argument was one of if you have an engine that is unloved, ignored , sidelined because its not a " glory engine" then why not look at the options there are not that many 0-6-0 tender locos about that look right many are too modern...

    Out and about on Saturday - quite impressive methinks [ATTACH] Looking like a L&Y engine should it be 52890 [ I know the original 52890 was an 0-8-0 design BUT 52890 puts it into the BR range of ex L&Y locomotives].
