vale of rheidol railway past and present???

    Dear all
    can anyone provide some information on the wagons which have been on the VofR i the past or are currently there as i am able to find much iformation on the internet apart from there are some open wagons some ex SAR wagons and there used to be cattle wagons of which on is now on the Welshpool and llafair railway?

    The other cattle wagon is now on the Ffestiniog Railway but considerably altered.

    Correct, we have a number of historic wagons which have served the line for many years. Do you have a specific query?

    Almost certainly the best source of information is CC Green's Vale of Rheidol Railway - to date the most comprehensive book on all things VoR.

    Idealy i would like a list but if the railway sells that book or produce there own stocklist book il try and get down there when im on holiday, and i forgot about the FR cattle wagon
