    6233 Duchess of Sutherland worked Steamy Affairs The Irish Mail from Crewe to Holyhead on the 9th April 2005. The train started at Ashford diesel hauled to Crewe where 6233 took over for the run along the North Wales Coast.
    The train is seen at various places including Abergele,Llandudno Junction, Penmaenmawr and Colywn Bay.
