Sunday saw the annual Country Buss Rallies running day at Sevenoaks featuring mainly former London types with RT's and RF's the dominant type. There was a rare appearance of RTL554 from York apparently running in the south for the first time in 20 years or more. My photos from a good day out can be seen here http://paulgildersleve.smugmug.com/...-2015/49344157_36QrnV#!i=4066572698&k=dhQwWnN

Looking good. I must admit to being an AEC man, I had two new AEC's in my working life, a 6 wheel (3 axle) double drive Marshall, 7.7 engine, next was the finest vehicle I ever drove, a Mk. 5 Mammoth Major, 8 wheel (4 axles) AV690, 11.3l engine.I spent many happy hours in that thing.
