    Just an update for those interested, I have found that you can get CNN on a Firestick so hopefully will watch this at 5.30 today.

    I don't watch a lot of TV but.... I'll try to watch this. Fond memories of many visits to SA and on one occasion taking in the steam, still there in the seventies, and being arrested a Kimberley for "spying" on the locos there. It was still apartheid and they were very touchy. A sad, sad situation in SA these days, such a mess.....

    Didn't realise that the programme was about various rail based tourist attractions, it had a look at Rovos, who now have 6 x 21 coach sets in regular use, then on to a static rake of coaches converted to accommodation positioned on a bridge over a river in the Kruger National Park, another set up with a fairly short section of track and the Sandstone. A very interesting selection, not really aimed at the rail enthusiast more the high end holiday makers who want something different.
