    Just wanted to place my admiration for this company here: I ordered their model of the 16" Hunslet Jacks Green from Hattons some time ago and it finally arrived, but with a defect. Within 24 hours of informing Rapido of the fault they sent photographs explaining what the item was and where it needed to be replaced.
