    Three locomotives in BR Express Passenger Blue livery were gathered at Didcot Railway Centre over the first weekend of April. A night shoot, organised by Neil Cave, took place on Friday 4th.     Yes, the King is noticeably darker blue than the two LNER locos, and there's also a subtle difference between the blue on those!

    Apart from any possible variations of colour as applied, these locos have been wearing blue for different lengths of time so will have undergone different degrees of weathering.
