I have just created a new gallery on my website containing images of the North York Moors Railway taken between 26th and 28th May 2015. The gallery can be found at: - http://mickrogers.zenfolio.com/p104755918

One thing that was extremely obvious from seeing the railway over three days when the gold timetable was in operation is that their motive power situation is extremely tight at the present time, requiring 100% reliability from the three steam and two diesel locomotives currently available. Only the first day was problem free as far as I could tell, while 61994 had issues on the 27th which necessitated it being removed from the first service out of Whitby when it reached Grosmont. On the 28th services were already running around an hour late by the time that I saw the first trains of the day in both directions at Moorgates while on my way home.
    Cheers,
