For anyone who is expecting to travel on the Midland Pullman from Oxford to Edinburgh (7/12) please note that this train has been cancelled due to Storm Darragh. [BJ]

''This is an urgent message from Midland Pullman Trains concerning your travel with us on the Edinburgh Christmas Pullman tomorrow 07 December 2024.
Network Rail have just informed us that they have received a critical update from the Met Office regarding Storm Darragh. This storm has now been upgraded to a \'Red Warning\' within the area our train is currently situated tonight. It will now not be safe for us to move the train to its first and subsequent boarding points from Oxford onwards and therefore this tour is now CANCELLED.
We know this will cause great disappointment, but as we are sure you will appreciate, we must act within the best interests of the safety of our passengers, the public and our employees.
We will follow up shortly with an email concerning the swift procedure for the options of full refunds, transfers to alternative dates and credit vouchers for future use.
We offer our most sincere apologies for this late notice due to this fast-moving situation''.
