MAINLINE STEAM IS VIRTUALLY AT A STANDSTILL!

    Following on from the problem at Wooton Basset last year and a number of other issues. the ORR have issued a prohibition order on West Coast Rail.

    This means they are not alowed to operate any trains on the main line until they have satisfied the ORR that their house is permanently in order.

    The only other authorised operator of main line steam is DB Schenker, but they only have limited resources for steam (WCRC operate over 80%).
