Anybody have a gresham and craven no6 injector or any drawings.
No, but try the Steam traction section of this Forum
Backhead mounted ?
There is a 4 and 5 or 5 and 6, (I am not sure which pair it is ) Gresham backhead injectors on K1, now at Statfold.
The photo shows an injector with an integral water supply plug cock valve and inlet water filter directly behind its oval mounting flange. So I would suggest thats a water tank, not boiler backhead, mounted injector. Hope that helps
Yes water tank mounted.
Thanks. Two foot gauge Hunslet Jerry M's drivers side injector I guess!
Pic is indeed JERRY M driver side injector.
Might be worth giving Mr Bowman a shout down at Launceston.
I'm sure others may have access to much more detailed drawings. All I can find is this drawing - for a G&C No 9. Its of course bigger than yours but, apart from the outlet flange position, much the same internal layout I believe. If you've got issues with your injector Barry Gambles of South Coast Steam is just down the road from you and has patterns plus perhaps spares in stock
