    A 16-year-old boy suffered a fractured skull and burns to his head and arms after falling from a bridge on to railway tracks while daubing graffiti.

    British Transport Police (BTP) said it is believed the boy, from Margate, Kent was with two other youths when he fell at Broadstairs station on Saturday.
