Day out on the NYMR Friday 22nd August 2025

    I went to the NYMR yesterday Friday 22nd August, Didn't start off as planned as 44806 failed before departure of the 09.20 service and they replaced it with Tornado, so for the booked Tornado service at 10.55 we had to make do with 47077 North Star (photos later of the diesels)
    Anyway here's 44806 failed at New Bridge yard

    As per the previous email this next collection features the diesel seen on
    the NYMR on Friday 22nd August
    47077 North Star was a late replacement for 60163 Tornado which had to be
    used on a earlier service due to the failure of 44806
    seen here at Levisham
