Class 40 Appeal - Information for shareholders

    Yes I am an active volunteer
    As many of you will be aware the Class 40 Appeal reccently sold locomotive 40012 Aureol to new owners.

    It would seem that some shareholders may not be aware of the circumstances of this sale and still be either holding shares or have been asked to sell such shares back to that organisation over the last 18 months.

    I am in this position myself and therefore declare that interest, but it is not of any significant financial sum.

    Recent developments have led me to believe that other shareholders may wish to consider what actions they now take.

    If you are such a 40012/CFA shareholder or have recently become an ex-shareholder you are welcome to PM me for further details.

    This request is from one preservationist to those others directly involved.
