    An article so titled by Evan Green-Hughes appears in S.R. issue No. 459. I was very surprised to read such a hard hitting down to earth piece in a publication which, IMHO tends normally to aim rather too much at the "wouldn't it be nice" fraternity". This issue is worth buying just for this article which ought to provoke furious thought. Alas I fear NP also has rather a lot of romantic W.I.B.N. people aboard!.
